OneRadar displays weather information for general awareness. It is not an official source of weather warnings and must not be your only way of receiving them. Data can be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. Always follow the National Weather Service and your local authorities for life-safety decisions.
No warranty
OneRadar is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or availability of any data shown in the app.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneRadar and its developers are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app or its data.
Acceptable use
You may not abuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to OneRadar services, or use them in a way that degrades the service for others.
Data sources and credits
Weather data is derived from public-domain products of NOAA, the National Weather Service, the Storm Prediction Center, the National Hurricane Center, and the Aviation Weather Center, including NEXRAD Level II radar, the MRMS national mosaic, the HRRR forecast model, and GOES-19 satellite imagery. Basemap data is © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL) with the OpenMapTiles schema and CARTO style definitions. Full credits are listed in the app under Settings › About › Acknowledgements.

These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
